Easy recipe, but very very bland. I think next time I'll steam the cauliflower a bit beforehand and add more seasoning. 1 tsp of garlic powder is not enough. nice quick go-to though

Easy to make and tasty. Definitely something we will make over and over if we need a fast no thought meal. Sometimes I just use cauliflower rice.

it was good I added some bacon bits,butter,about a half cup of marinara,a diced onion and hot sauce made it amazing!

I needed a low carb meal and this was perfect. My picky kids even ate it! I didnt have much cheedar cheese so I had to slice up some mozzarella on top. It was still good!

Instead of using frozen cauliflower I used an entire head of fresh Cauliflower, which I steamed in our rice cooker. I also added bacon, fresh minced garlic and green pepper and seasonings to taste :) it was another love for everyone. Very filling!!

I used riced cauliflower and added salt and pepper and a dash of Worcester sauce. It was quite yummy and served with sour cream.

Great! Everybody liked it. I used a bag of frozen riced cauliflower instead of the florets. I also added a chopped onion, a tablespoon of minced garlic and a bag of frozen tri-color peppers.

I ended up buying the cauliflower that was diced smaller, but ended up like rice. I added more veggies too and the boys even ate it! cheap, easy and yummy!

I used a bag of fresh cauliflower crumbles instead of frozen and added a can of Fire Roasted Ro-Tel. It came out fantastic! One of our new favorites.
