Delicious just add salt! Lots of salt and i added more curry powder too. I doubled the seasoning.

Excellent!! Oh my gosh it was so good! The coconut milk made it so creamy and delicious!! My husband the meat man loved it! A definite keeper and will be making again!

Had a vegetarian friend over so I made this meal. Turned out fantastic! I’m usually someone who thinks it’s not a meal without meat but now I make this regularly.
very easy to make. i added spinach to mine & extra seasoning for flavor.. tasted great! even the kids liked it. will definitely make it again.

Amazing! Used reduced fat coconut milk, more spices, and broccoli instead of cauliflower. Turned out great! Will definately make again.

Great recipe! Added 1.5 cans of coconut milk to make it more creamy. Tossed in kale and a potato, and some garlic masala to the recipe.

Great I love it It was easy to make just go easy on the cayenne pepper the first time I made this recipe it was a bit to Spivey even for me.

Delish, even without the cilantro.
Tip: slowly add in the coconut milk to make sure it doesn’t turn out as liquidy as mine. I added in chili flakes to amp up the spice and spinach for more veggies. Leftovers were more tasty. Overall delicious dish. Will be making more in the future

Delicious!! Will definetly be making this again. Didn't add the tomatoes or cilantro,don't like either of those and added garlic and haberno peppers instead. Also didn't have coconut milk so used cream of coconut instead turned out creamier and thicker..was really good!!

This recipe tastes exactly like expected. I did spice up the curry by another teaspoon, and added more cayenne for heat. Loved it!
Great recipe for the whole family. I really like the original recipe but also tried it with peas, potatoes and kale. I also added garlic, lemon and diced tomatoes with cilantro and jalapeño from Whole Foods for an extra kick.
It was so freaking good! Would add garlic.

This was a super easy recipe! My wife is a vegetarian so it's always great when I come across a vegetarian freindly recipe. Unfortunately, I had the similar experience with it tasting a bit bland. To add more flavor I added Red Pepper Flakes, Paprika, and Cumon. Also, I would recommend squeezing a little bit of lime juice in it to balance some of the curry flavor😋. Oh yeah, if you'd like to thicken the sauce try adding some arrowroot👌 Happy Cooking ✌✌✌

Really good. Had it with saffron turmeric rice. Good flavors... for meat eaters, may be great with chicken.

This was good, but it gets better overtime. If you have a vitamixer, then pour the leftover curry on the soup setting. Ooooo boy is it good!

My husband kept repeating over and over that it was really good. I left out the tomatoes and cayenne pepper because my husband doesn’t like tomatoes and we think he has acid reflux. I made it a couple of nights in advance so maybe it marinated to create a better flavor. We normally don’t eat cauliflower, but I’ll be making this on a regular basis.
