Delicious wings!! Somewhat floury after baking and could have been a bit crunchier too, but we ate them with forks and they were delicious!

Awesome recipe! I added sauce to them as instructed but put half back in oven and broiled about 7 minutes more. thought that 1/2 turned out better but really enjoyed both versions!

Flavor was great but the cauliflower was soggy and over cooked. I’d roast them raw for less time.

Ok so I didn’t have chickpea flour I used regular flour, tip: don’t use regular flour use chickpea flour. I liked them but They could be better by following the directions I’m going to give it another try

Only thing I would have done differently is cooked with a stove that actually operates properly. Other than that, it was all good!
Marcy 21 Oct 2017
Great actually. We needed a little more crunch, so next time we will fry. But overall, great recipe. My husband went back for more and more.

I've made this recipe about 5 times already. i sub and swap what I have on hand for the breading (I'm not vegan or paleo, though I have made the recipe as is). Usually throw in some ground flaxseed for extra crunch and nutrients. I love it!

So good. Very popular at the party I brought them to. Next time I'll use a little less sauce - they were drowning in it.
Rebecca Larnaitis 28 Aug 2017
Tasted really good! Forgot it wasn't chicken!
Kaitlyn Edge 12 Aug 2017
Use a mild buffalo sauce! Maybe use egg as well in the milk mix to get more crispy.
Ricardo Diaz 2 Aug 2017
These are AMAZING! I used Frank's wing sauce and some almond milk. And I used cumin (only a little) and an African spice called bebere (hot) instead of curry (I didn't have any on hand). It was a delicious alternative to the fried chicken!
