Just lovely! Didn’t have the right cheese so used some feta and Parmesan cheese and even the fussy kids ate them up. Hubby couldn’t believe it was cauliflower

This was so good. I used 3 cheeses (smoked cheddar, Irish cheddar and parmigiana) and added tsp each of smoked paprika and garlic powder. Definitely a keeper

These are awesome. I MAY have added a little more cheese and sprinkled them with Parmesan because I love cheese. I had one batch that was too runny, so I added an extra egg white and that seemed to help a lot. I can usually make enough with one head of cauliflower that I can freeze half and have them for another meal as well. These are a great substitute for tater tots and have way more flavor!

I didn’t have an onion so I used 3 little peppers and red cabbage and it came out delicious!
Delicious! Hubby and i are on a post baby diet amd this recipe was perfect for us!! satisfied that need for carbs with no guilt veggies?!

These tots turned out great! They were healthy, tasty, light, and super cute! Only change made was cooking the cauliflower in chicken broth for more flavour and they where cooked slightly longer than suggested.

A great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables! (And picky grown ups too). They are a great finger food perfect to go with hot dogs and burgers

I made this recipe as stated except that I used onions that had been sauteed first. These are delicious when they are warm. If they cool down on the plate, they are not as desirable, similar to cooled down fries. Our kids enjoyed them and when I rewarmed them, we did not have a single one left over!
