I found this to not work for me. while I'm sure I must of done something wrong, anything that was this difficult isn't worth the effort if it's that easy to screw up.

Really easy to make and a great texture they don’t taste anything like a tortilla, but they are a nice low carb bread substitute that don’t fall apart.

I probably need to more salt and pepper and made them thinner. They were really good. My hubby even liked them!

Too much trouble for a bad version of tortilla. Hard to get a mesh from cauliflower. Not firm enough.

Brilliant recipe! I wasn't a fan of colic lower until few months ago started doing recipes with it! You can do millions of things with it! This is one of them!
