It was very good! I’d cook it a bit longer than recommended and season to taste.

Very easy to make. The combination of coconut oil garlic and onion with the cauliflower is beautiful. I added a bit of fresh rosemary leaves in in the end to give it a bit of a herb aroma.

Delicious! I would definitely prefer this over regular rice any day of the week.

Good base for dish
Normally I would soy suace or even fish sauce to give a more powerful flavor depending on what I’m going for

Made this cauliflower rice but Chinese style, meaning, as a fried rice with vegetables, beef, ginger, and coconut amino (instead of soy sauce). First time making/eating cauliflower rice and I used this recipe as my guide. It turned out very good. Certainly a repeat!

I added paprika, garlic powder and onion powder along with the salt and pepper as one reviewer suggested. It turned out fabulous! This will be a regular side dish from now on!

This will certainty be among my go to recipes when I have the urge to eat rice. Since I had the packaged riced cauliflower, it was relatively easy to make. I added an egg, garlic powder and paprika for extra flavor.

I had to change how it was cooked as it was mushy. Instead of following the instructions, I coated a cooking sheet with a small amount of olive oil and cooked it in the oven at 425 for about 12 minutes. I then turned on the broiler and let it cook an additional 10 minutes to get more of a drier rice consistancy.

Yum yum yummy! I love this recipe. It really does feel like you’re being naughty and having carbs with your meat dish. This went well with salmon. I can’t wait to have this again!😄

Super delicious and it makes me not feel guilty (a win win situation) i chopped the cauliflower instead of putting it in the food processor. added garlic and ginger as well. the ginger adds a kick to the rice. used marjarine instead of oil or butter. added a pinch of salt and soy sauce at the end. topped it off with an omelette. super delicious and healthy. gonna eat this every day

This was truly, truly, amazing. We added garlic and soy and it was flavorful! Will be a favorite for me. It tasted somewhat sweet but still very edible.

Healthy alternative, also very easy to trick the kiddos into eating a veggie! Definitely making this again!

Great family loved it
Did make it more like fried rice, seasoning wise and added an egg. My daughter doesn’t like cauliflower, but ate this

Very yummy! Mine was more the texture of mashed potatoes, but it was very good!
