I added paprika, garlic powder and onion powder along with the salt and pepper as one reviewer suggested. It turned out fabulous! This will be a regular side dish from now on!
This will certainty be among my go to recipes when I have the urge to eat rice. Since I had the packaged riced cauliflower, it was relatively easy to make. I added an egg, garlic powder and paprika for extra flavor.

I had to change how it was cooked as it was mushy. Instead of following the instructions, I coated a cooking sheet with a small amount of olive oil and cooked it in the oven at 425 for about 12 minutes. I then turned on the broiler and let it cook an additional 10 minutes to get more of a drier rice consistancy.

Yum yum yummy! I love this recipe. It really does feel like you’re being naughty and having carbs with your meat dish. This went well with salmon. I can’t wait to have this again!😄
I have tried a few cauliflower rice recipes and this is by far my favorite!
Better than expected, even my vegetable hating hubby enjoyed it
Super delicious and it makes me not feel guilty (a win win situation) i chopped the cauliflower instead of putting it in the food processor. added garlic and ginger as well. the ginger adds a kick to the rice. used marjarine instead of oil or butter. added a pinch of salt and soy sauce at the end. topped it off with an omelette. super delicious and healthy. gonna eat this every day

Very flavorful & filling. First time trying cauliflower this way, next time Ill add garlic. :)
This was truly, truly, amazing. We added garlic and soy and it was flavorful! Will be a favorite for me. It tasted somewhat sweet but still very edible.
Healthy alternative, also very easy to trick the kiddos into eating a veggie! Definitely making this again!
Wonderful recipe. I used garlic salt instead of regular salt, it was yummy.
Delicious and tasty.

Great family loved it Did make it more like fried rice, seasoning wise and added an egg. My daughter doesn’t like cauliflower, but ate this

Good flavor. Maybe could use more seasoning.

Great recipe! So flavorful with so few ingredients. I steamed the cauliflower then pulsed. For seasoning I added granulated garlic which truly took it to another level of flavor.

Amazingly scrumptious. I’ll definitely do this again.
Thisbwas a great recipe. Quite easy to make for a beginner like me and the servings were just right. I made this with sauteed mushrooms and sweet potatoes and it was a great meal.

i added garlic and a fresh chopped sprig of rosemary, and some coconut flakes at the end, trying to make something like thai coconut rice. Great simple low net carb alternative to rice.
