Was very easy to make and tasted delicious. Wonderful way to use a whole cauliflower.

Not too bad. 3-4 star Think we steamed them a bit to long and also didn't let them cool down and "drain" so to speak, before putting it in the food it turned out really wet and almost grits-like If I made this recipe again would probably put less thyme, maybe more chives, and definitely don't steam too long. And as one other commenter said - to saute them to get rid of extra moisture? May try that. Did have to put a bit of salt and pepper to make it taste better as it didn't have that much taste. Overall not that bad, would probably be a lot better if they weren't so wet. If you do happen to over steam them I'd just use a manual masher instead of the food processor, as that may save the texture more and not be so smooth and baby-food-like. Made way tooooo much and may use the left over to make a cauliflower pizza crust.

Maybe I did something wrong, but we didn’t like this one. I didn’t fool anyone in my family. It was worth a try though.

Good except boil until completely soft, it’ll be smoother and not as chunky.

It turned out good. It doesn’t taste like mash but it has its own taste to it.

excellent taste! it doesn't replace a good mashed potato flavor, but a great taste of it's own. it will be a good alternative to the standard mashed potato side dish for us now.

This turned out awfully! I love cauliflower mashed potatoes, but this was bad. There was nothing to help make the texture creamy, and nothing to make it very flavorful! I had to add many things to it! Wouldn’t recommend, really disappointed:(

This is a quick fix with a creamy texture. Everyone loved the cauliflower mash. Even the people who thought it was mash potatoes. ; )

The cauliflower mashed potatoes came out perfectly! My family requested to have them for dinner in the place of mashed potatoes from now on.

Great recipe! Sooo good and an easy way to lighten your meal! I added more garlic and steamed the cauliflower for about 15min. I also used a hand masher instead of a food processer and sautéed the cauliflower in a pan on a high heat to get rid of the excess water content, for me personally, I found it was a bit too watery for my liking but after doing so the texture was a lot more “potatoie” Lol
