    This has become a go to for our family!! Nice, with not too much in the way of a saucy covering. I make a crunchy crust using slivered almonds and Parmesan!!

    This dish was amazing! My family loves mac and cheese, but since we are cutting carbs we tried this recipe. It definitely satisfied all of our cravings without the pasta. Everyone loved it! It's a keeper!

    Very different and when I say different I do mean good. I really didn’t know what to expect since all my life I have had traditional Mac and cheese. I would defiantly make this again. Maybe add more cheese or bacon.

    This had great flavor for not using the traditional pasta. I cut up cauliflower too big which impacted texture however my husband and I both like this recipe and would make it again
