    It's delicious and full of veggies! I put some sweet hot sauce with it and it was perfect. I also fed it to both my kids and the one that would try it gobbled it up.

    So fast to make. Made it in 20 and made my girlfriend try it, said she loved the rice. I laughed and told her it wasn't rice, that it was cauliflower. Her jaw dropped. Great recipe. Thanks.

    Easy to make. It was so delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. Great side for a chicken dinner. Recipe make a very large serving.
