Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (cut into small, bite sized pieces)
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup water
seasoning
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup hot sauce (whatever kind you like)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 230C.
2Spray a baking tray with oil or cooking spray.
3Mix the flour, water, salt, and garlic/seasoning in a bowl.
4Add the pieces of cauliflower to the bowl. Cover the cauliflower completely, shake off any excess liquid and place them on the baking tray.
5Bake for 20–25 minutes.
6While the cauliflower is baking, melt the butter in a container or bowl and mix it with the hot sauce.
7Take the tray out of the oven and cover each piece of cauliflower with the butter and hot sauce mixture.
8Place the baking tray back into the oven for 10 more minutes.
9Take the tray out and serve.
