that was a disaster 😭 it tasted horrible and it was not crunchy at all 🤢, I had to load it with parmesan cheese to improve the flavour but still barely edible.

Really tasty! Made it using cheddar and Parmesan instead of mozzarella and it worked out well. I will be making this on a regular

These coliflower breadsticks turned out really nice although it was more like a casserole then breadsticks. I think I was suppost to roast it in tje oven... if not then I probably didnt dry the coliflower enough. Great recipe!

Enjoyed this recipe! Added parsley, garlic, basil, and oregano and used less cheese and it was quite tasty! Very light. But wringing out the water sucked. Going to try microwaving it next time because that was way too labor intensive. Also, while I had no problems with it, my boyfriend didn't like the texture-something to keep in mind for folks with texture issues.

It turned out okay. Just didn't think it tasted very good. Didn't modify any of the recipe. Won't make it again.

For August W....One of the most recent version of a riced cauliflower recipe that I saw recommended microwaving the cauliflower to dry it out before use. I admit your issue was one I had with the ricing before TO MUCH MOISTURE...lol. However, after using the microwave technique it was smoother sailing for me for sure! Hope this helps anyone who has the H2O problem and doesn't want to cheesecloth it repeatedly!

This is a pretty good recipe, but you HAVE to squeeze out ALL the water from the riced cauliflower. When you think you're done squeezing out the water, get a new cheesecloth and keep squeezing. When you flatten it out, and you think it might be too thin... make it a little thinner. I added garlic to this with oregano and it was very good, but I should have thinned it a little more so it got crispier.

This is a good concept but it didn't have much taste, I would make again maybe adding more seasoning

I love these things a lot. My husband thought I bought them. He was fulled lol. I made buffalo dipping sauce to go with them, they were great!!!!!

These tasted SO GOOD!! They were kind of difficult, because I don't have a food processor, but still worth it! It really did taste like bread.

All the fat was taken out of this - so the taste of course was not compensated with anything but dry herbs. Brush lightly with olive oil or light butter, or even a tomato paste. Sprinkle a bit of basil on top, and spray with very small amount of coconut oil. The compensation is met, and the taste is much more flavorful. As for it falling apart, it didn't for me. I didn't use 9 pounds of cheese though, so if it's falling apart, it might be too heavy. Make sure your parchment is sprayed too so the crust can bake.
