    It’s okay. Doesn’t really taste like cream cheese to me and didn’t work that well in pasta dish.

    Easy to make and delicious! I only soaked the cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes and had no problem blending them.

    I added garlic and onion powder... and it was a little thick so I added Coconut milk. Fantastic!!!!!
