- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup green onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Jif Creamy Cashew Butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. ginger root (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco Pure Canola Oil
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup cashews (chopped)

Directions
- COMBINE broth, green onion, cashew butter, soy sauce, honey and ginger root in medium bowl.
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and red pepper. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until chicken is browned. Add cashew butter mixture to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
