I added hoisin sauce at the end, about one tablespoon. Great meal and pretty healthy!
this came out amazing. a little sweet, a little spicy. A non-vegan friend said he could tear through a few plate fulls.
you wont miss meat in this dish! the mushrooms and cashews make it full of texture !

It was great but I feel it had too much oil.

Excellent! Very quick and easy to make, and has lots of room to play with the ingredients so you won't get bored.

It turned out great! Although I modified it slightly - I added a little pork mince that I fried with the onions at the start. And because my partner is allergic to sucrose, I swapped the white wine for a little spirit vinegar (I always cook my meat in vinegar anyway). Added a little ginger powder instead of garlic powder, as well as some crushed chillies. The flavours are amazing, love the sesame oil and soy sauce combination. Thanks!

Took fresh garlic, mun mushrooms and added some chili powder to taste. Not bad, but still lacked some spice and was a bit too dry.
