- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 0.25 kilograms green tomatoes
- 4 chile peppers (cascabel, washed, stemmed, and rough chopped, reserve the seeds)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions
- Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the tomatoes and saute for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the chile pepper to the skillet and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the seeds and saute for another 2 minutes.
- Add the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, seeds, and vinegar to a blender. Puree until smooth.
