it was my first time making muffins - they turned out great: soft and tasty, eveb tho there is no added sugar
Excellent! made them as written other than adding extra spices (ginger, cardamom, allspice, clove, pepper) to make them chai spiced.

Used whole wheat pastry flour instead of almond flour and it turned out great.
