A little mushy - I shredded the carrots in a food processor and fried the tofu separately after drying and coating in flour. will probably make it again bc it’s easy

I added green onion instead of cilantro and some turmeric for a more yellow color. I paired it with cauliflower fried rice. Pretty tasty

It turned out pretty well. I didn’t have sesame seeds to add, which probably diminished the flavour and texture a fair bit. It’s a great recipe for further experimentation, though.

Made this recipe for lunch! It was fast to make and delicious but I made a few changes. I added the sesame oil while the carrots and tofu were still cooking, then once they were done cooking I added 2 tbsp of the soy sauce, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic powder to add more flavour. Next time spice wise I think I will try paprika, cumin, and coriander or garlic powder, tuneric, and ginger. I also made this with brown rice and peas.

Awesome easy flavorful recipe! I make garlic rice to go along with this. like another reviewer said the left overs are just as good! Add extra veggies or garlic to this and it's great too

Delicious! I added fresh ginger, garlic, and onions to the oil first to brown a bit, then added the carrots. The dish came out delicious, very flavorful and the left-overs were just as good!
