Directions
- Melt the butter in a skillet and add the ginger, lemon rind, chile flakes, and garlic. Cook for 1 minute before adding the carrot and pepper.
- Saute for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Remove from heat.
- Add the pasta, cooking liquid, parmesan, and lemon juice to the vegetable mixture. Stir well.
- Serve.
