Description

These carrot muffins make for a delicious and flavor-packed breakfast or snack. Yogurt adds a bit of tartness and ensures the muffins stay moist. Ingredients

  • 140 grams all-purpose flour
  • 57 grams sugar
  • salt
  • baking soda
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 2 carrots (small, peeled and grated)
  • 1 eggs
  • 125 milliliters yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and grated carrot and mix well.
  2. 2In another bowl, add the egg, yogurt, and oil and mix well.
  3. 3Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  4. 4Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until the flour is blended.
  5. 5Fill a muffin tray three-fourths full. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. 6Cool the muffins on a rack.
