- 1/2 cup carrot juice (I used Bolthouse Farms)
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used Almond Breeze)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 cubes ice

Really good! I added some orange-juice (around 5cl) and used Whole Milk instead of almond's. It was GREAT! Next time I'll add some raw nuts to make it taste even more like a carrot cake!
