  • 2 tablespoons hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons caribbean jerk seasoning (blend)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)

Directions

  1. For marinade, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, seasoning and soy sauce. Pour marinade over chicken in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once.

salty, would make it again. maybe no soy sauce.
it turned out great it's was delicious most and not dry

I did this in my pressure cooker. i have to amit i was nervous i felt the marinade smelled bad but it turned out really good. i am glad i tried this and can't wait to have again.
