Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork loin roast (boneless)
  • 1 tablespoon onions (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons thyme (crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne

Directions

  1. 1Pat roast dry with paper toweling. Blend seasonings and rub evenly over pork roast. Place in shallow pan and roast at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour (20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes. Slice and serve. Wrap leftovers well and refrigerate for tomorrow's sandwiches.
