  • 3 tsp. hot curry powder (Dunn's River)
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • 3 Tbsp. breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • olive oil (for frying)
  • 400 grams peas (Dunn's River, & Beans*, drained, rinsed under cold water)
  • 2 peaches (large, ripe but firm, halved, deseeded, spiralized)
  • 1 medium zucchini (spiralized)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (Encona)
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I used cold pressed rapeseed oil)
  • 1 garlic clove (small, crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
