I love this recipe!! I substituted 3/4 cup of flour for almond flour and cut 1/4 of the sugar and used sugar in the raw. I baked the cake for 50 minutes and it came out soft and fluffy and not too sweet. My husband made whipped cream with honey and vanilla which really complimented the flavor of the cardamom.

This cake turned it great. I overlooked it by 8 minutes so it dried out a little. Big hit!
