Instead of using white sugar I used brown sugar and it came out great!!

It was good except there must be a difference in how fine the salt is or something, I took another reviewers suggestion and left the skin on which was a good idea. The recipe calls for a lot of salt, which might work if its fien salt? Im not sure but i used 1 tablespoon instead of 1.5 and even then it was a LOT. Super salty i had to throw it out, but i know if i make it again with less salt it will be good

Quick, easy and delicious! When I don’t even have lemon at home, this is perfect! I put too much sugar this time and it turned out kinda like candied salmon- also yummy!

Loved this! I didn't have sea salt and so used about a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt. This was delicious, though. The family loved it. I also may have thoroughly licked the leftover caramelized sugar off the spatula...
