    I made this today. It's not hard, just has a lot of steps. It taste good, but it didnt have the crust I was longing for... I don't have a nonstick loaf pan, so I used my bundt pan. Could that be why no crust?

    I was looking for a last minute recipe with ingredients I would have on hand due to unexpected family arriving tomorrow morning. While I just took it out of the oven, it smells delicious. I can’t wait to try it overnight.
