  • 200 grams dulce de leche (you can substitute caramel ice cream topping)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.

These muffins are great. I actually put 2 eggs in rather than just one. I would even suggest going up to 3 eggs. Dulce de leche is so great that I could just drink it. It gives these moist and scrumptious cupcakes an amazing taste.
