Description

Ready in just 35 minutes this meal can be made for a tasty dessert. Using caramel to add sweetness to the mix, all the ingredients should be whipped to perfection. After being baked, the muffins come out golden brown and can be eaten all week.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 85 grams sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 60 grams butter (melted)
  • 1 eggs (beaten)
  • 175 milliliters milk
  • 200 grams dulce de leche (you can substitute caramel ice cream topping)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. 3In another bowl, mix together the butter, beaten egg, milk, and dulce de leche.
  4. 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. 5Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way full and bake for 20-22 minutes.
