- 3 cups lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts (soaked in olive oil, chopped into thick pieces.)
- 1/3 cup mushrooms (pickled)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green peas (cooked)
- 1/4 onion (cut into thin slices, marinated in lemon juice for 30 minutes)
- 1/2 cup string cheese (white)
- 100 grams pastrami
- 1 Tbsp. pesto
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Place the lettuce, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomato, peas, and onion in a salad bowl
- In another bowl, add pesto, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Pour the dressing onto the salad ingredients and mix well
- Finally, cover the salad with cheese and the strips of pastrami.
