My meatballs took longer to cook, so I did 3 min per side times 4 flips. Once cooked through the flavor was awesome. Note the mix will be wet when you incorporate, but easy to divide in half until you hit 16 pieces!

Amazing! Used them as patties 👌🏻 super delicious

Made these into patties rather than meatballs so they'd be more crispy. Easy recipe but a little time consuming as It yielded into 25 patties (3 batches). May try baking them next time to see how they turn out. Very tasty and will likely be a good substitute for beef meatballs on top of pasta.

Healthy gluten free and delicious. I made them into smaller meatballs and stuffed then w a ball of mozzarella. It came out fantastic and it's quick and easy to make. It's my go to for pasta night or as a good sandwich or w an arugula salad.

Very good! Will do these again! They were a bit hard to "roll" as quite wet but came out very juicy.

These are some of the best testing meatballs I have made. Flavorful and moist. I did make two changes to the recipe. I used all purpose flour and smoked sun dried tomatoes. I recommend this recipe.

Seriously the best meatballs I think I've ever had. Quick and easy. I needed to flatten them a bit to get them to cook more evenly but otherwise they came out perfect.

Great! Not very ball-shaped, but these were my first meatballs. I would add some fresh garlic and maybe onions next time.
