- 1/2 cup Meyer lemon juice
- 1/2 cup organic sugar (to coat the peels)

Two days later and I’m already making a second batch to give away for holidays. The first batch is dwindling fast because they are so good. My wife dipped some in chocolate instead of coating with sugar—this was also very good.
