Good! But I needed to cook it longer because it was pretty soft.

I made this for a brunch yesterday and it was a huge hit! I added extra maple syrup to loosen up the mixture, perfect!

This tastes so amazingly! Went with dark brown sugar and I think it helped. There was little mess, which is a bonus :)
