Ingredients

1 puff pastry (fresh, board)
1 camembert
applesauce
sesame seeds
1 egg yolks (+ 1 tablespoon of Water)

Directions

1Roll out puff pastry.
2Cut into several triangles.
3Slice cheese and set aside.
4In each triangle, place a slice of cheese and a tablespoon of applesauce.
5Starting at the widest section, roll up pastry.
6Place pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7Beat yolks with a tablespoon of water and brush over the tops of pastries.
8Garnish with sesame seeds.
9Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
