Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
  • 25 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 cheese (Camembert, block, diced and crust removed)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the meat, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly using a fork.
  2. Make the hamburger patties and pan sear in a skillet on medium heat.
  3. In a saucepan, place the sour cream and cheese.
  4. Let it melt on low heat. Mix well.
  5. Plate the hamburger patties and pour the Camembert cheese sauce on top.
