- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (neutral, such as safflower, grapeseed, or canola)
- 1 cup pumpkin purée (use the rest of what’s in the can for oatmeal, a smoothie, soup, etc.)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
