Ingredients

4 dried fig (pretty)
100 grams duck breasts (dried, magret, sliced)
3 eggs
vegetable oil (10 cl.)
milk (15 cl.)
160 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 grams goat cheese (grated)
50 grams grated parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degress Fahrenheit.
2Cut the figs and the slices of dried duck breast into pieces.
3In a bowl, mix the eggs with oil and milk.
4Add the flour and baking powder and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
5Add both cheeses and mix.
6Salt slightly, add black ground pepper, and then add the chopped figs and dried duck breasts.
7Mix with a spoon.
8Pour the batter into small individual molds or paper baking pans (mini loaf).
9Bake for twenty minutes.
