- 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons spice (cajun)
- 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cajun spice, 1/4 cup of the cheese and parsley. Spread on chicken, then sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 425°, 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; heat 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.

The taste and ease of this recipe was out of this world! For the spice, I used Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. The only thing I will recommend to people is that you make much more of the topping for the breasts than this calls for. The amount in this recipe would not cover even one of the breasts I bought and they were fairly normal in size.

The recipe is a great one! Add a dash more seasoning for a more Cajun flavor. I accidentally added the breadcrumbs to the mixture but it all worked out and taste great!

Very easy and simple to make. I would suggest flattening the chicken breast so that it doesn't run off. Would definitely make it again!

I made these last night. They were very good but the next time I will pound them thinner so they will cook evenly. I also left them in the oven for 30 minutes. I will definately make them again!

An absolutely fantastic recipe! It is extremely easy to make and it was a big hit with everyone. My recommendation would be to cook the chicken at 400° for 30 minutes… It really helps to maintain the moisture in the chicken breast. Delicious!!!
