Oh my goodness Everyone you MUST TRY THIS RECIPE. I only cook vegetarian bc I have a phobia of raw meat but I SWEAR TO YOU - this was WORTH THE TIME IT TOOK TO PREPARE and I NEVER EVER write reviews. You can eat it hot OR COLD (win for students like myself who don’t have microwaves all the time ) A couple of key points: use half of the seasoning ! Even less ? Like a quarter - bc it is kinda spicy And two: add some pre-made chicken (from the store) it’s a game changer Will definitely be making this again.

Used cherry tomatoes and half the cajun spice suggested. Also added leftover greek chicken to it and served with caesar salad. It was a total hit. I will use more zucchini next time as it shrunk quite a bit after sweating them with salt

I added capers, garlic, basil, parsley and used tomato sauce instead of tomatoes (I was out of tomatoes) I went lighter on the Cajun, THIS PASTA IS AMAZING! 😋😋😋 I will definitely be making again!

Delicious, too spicy for my 7 year old. But she helped make it with me and ate some of it at least. would make again but I'll change the seasoning a little.

I seasoned it with Tony's, but there were too many peppers, their flavor was a little much, and I didn't care for the coconut oil.

The great thing about this dish is that you can eat a ton of it without loading up on calories cus it's all veggies! I love love zucchini pasta and mine was loaded with flavor. I did add some tofu squares for added protein but that was really the only thing I changed. The meal turned out perfect.

I felt like two tablespoons of the Cajun seasoning was overpowering but using one was perfect. It's a veggie dish even my veggie-hating hubby loves and eats constantly. I've add grilled shrimp, pan seared scallops, or chicken to it on occasion and it goes great with all of that.

Not flavorful enough. I would definitely alter this recipe to make it again. Really needs garlic and spice!! Would also be good with tofu.
