The flavor on these is good (make sure you skip the salt if your Cajun seasoning already has salt in it), but they need MUCH longer in the oven than just 20 minutes + 15. I ended up putting them back in the oven afterwards for another 15 minutes and that helped, but they still weren't as crunchy as I would have liked. Next time I will start with 40 minutes at 400 degrees and go from there.
