This dish was excellent. It is huge though, I needed a second pan. I only used shrimp and I think that made it less salty. Perfect blend of spices and ingredients. Served over steamed rice. Definitely will make again.
The flavor of the sausage definitely matters. The veggies didn't get quite soft enough for my liking, so I'll cook them first next time.
The dish was excellent! Easy to make and very tasty. I served it over penne pasta.... This recipe is a keeper!

Very tasty, but a little to much salt for my liking. I would cut the salt in half, next-time. We used carrots instead of squash and served it with hot rice.

Portions are way off. Do one zucchini, squash, and bell pepper, and a quarter bunch of asparagus. I went by the recipe and I needed two large pans and it still barely fit.

Great! Easy to put together. I used a little Franks hot sauce, and served with some tomato sauce and Parmesan. Might be better to put the sausage in first for a few minutes before adding the shrimp and veges. I will try it next time on the BBQ

Tasty, simple, and fairly quick to make. Added a bed of rice
