Turned out well and (surprisingly) a hit with my kids. It was great with andouille sausage and shallots. Next time I’ll probably add some new potatoes to it

Very good. Just used shrimp, with a garlic parsley seasoning. Delicious! Cooked 25 minutes, but should have been only 20.

I made this a few times in college when the shrimp and sausage were on sale. Absolutely love and easy to make. I love passive cooking!!!

Was very good, I used baby red potatoes and zucchini. Thats all I had in the fridge for the veggies. Shrimp and andouille sausage.

So yummy! I didn’t have all the vegetables on hand, so I used zucchini, summer squash, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. I’m already planning when I’ll make this again. Delicious!

This is so good! Made it just as the recipe stated. The only additional thing I did was after it cooked for 20 minutes, I stirred everything then broiled it for about 8 minutes. There was still some liquid which I drained. Will definitely be making this again and again.

Cooked on the smoker at 225 degrees for about an hour and a half. Words can not explain. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

This is such an easy and versatile recipe! I made this a few times and swapped out differed veggies each time and substituted turkey sausage. It was a hit with everyone in the family! I even made some dirty rice with it and we were chowing down in 45 mins. I highly recommend this recipe!

I loved this recipe. I replaced Zucchini and Squash with small Brussel Sprouts cut in half. This seemed to keep the veggies crisp .

This recipe was super simple and quick. I think I might try roasting the vegetables a bit before adding the shrimp so they can get crisp, these were a bit soggy. Will definitely make again!

I substituted a few of the vegetables and i pan seared half then baked the other. It turned out great! Even drizzling a bit of balsamic vinegar over the top really makes it pop. Will definitely be making again.

it turned how well however I think there maybe an element of flavor misssing that I cant quite put my finger on. Also, next time I may pan sear the suasage to blacken it before putting it in the oven.

Delicious! I did cook the veggies and extra 10 mins and maybe they were over cooked to my taste so next time I would do everything for 18 mins
