  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I used Colby cheddar mix)
  • 3/4 cup tomato (diced)
  • 1/3 cup green onion (sliced)
  • 13 ounces tortilla chips (package etouffee seasoning mix)
  • 1/2 cup hot water
