Good, simple meal. Roasted some sweet potatoes and steamed some broccoli as sides. Will definitely make again.

Turned out great, personally thought there was a little too much lime in the salsa but otherwise I thought it was perfect.

It was amazing. I used tonys creole seasoning instead of the suggested, I also baked the chicken in the oven at 450F for about 20 min or so.
I paired it with French style green beans and mashed sweet potatoes with rye bread and honey butter.
My whole family loved it.

Delicious I would make it again maybe next time add alittle less Cajun seasoning but overall we all enjoyed it

.Pounded the chicken thin- Put on the essence, marinated in lime juice and a few tablespoons of white balsamic dressing for a few hours. Then grilled. Served with Salsa. Yum.

This meal is so good and full of flavor. It quick and easy to make. I made some minor adjustments like canned pineapples instead of a whole pineapple and added some other seasonings. None the less this meal is great and an addition to my rotation of meals.
