the recipe had good flavor but it is a dry dish. Needs something more
The rice is very dry as is and everything else is okay. We meal prepped it for a few different days of the week, but I couldn’t stomach eating it more than once.
Turned out great! Would've love a sauce of some kind. But still a nice meal.

My family really loves it. I don't have lime so I use lemon in our rice and taste delish. we will definitely make this menu again.
It was delicious and a huge hit with my family! This is my new favorite meal!

Making this for a second time tonight- we loved it so much the first time! We cooked the chicken and the vegetables on the grill with the veggies in a grill basket. The flavor was great with simple spices. I used a cilantro lime flavored rice as the base and I think that added some flavor but the dish was great on its’ own. We are finishing up a cleanse and will be using healthy brown rice tonight but I’m sure it will be delicious again!

Changed the recipe slightly. Only used 1 pepper which along with the onion is ample for 2 people. Didn’t want 3 half’s of peppers going to waste. Also sprinkled the pepper and onion with a small amount of Cajun spice whilst cooking. Finally omitted the lime zest as didn’t want to confuse the flavours. Was lovely

The chicken was very nice and it was a quick recipe, however I used a bit more of the Cajun seasoning that I make myself and the vegetables took a bit longer to cook than stated but overall will be making again

Really easy to make, tasty although a little dry and could do with a sauce.
Really yummy... needed a sauce like a cilantro lime dressing or tzatziki sauce on top. Other than that it was really good
