This recipie was easy and the result was perfect. I'm always on the lookout for good baked fish recipies. We need more fish in our diet , Battered and fried is tasty but not good for us. I would definitely recommend this recipie to anyone who enjoys a good catfish meal!

Really enjoyed this fish. Need an air fryer. I think it would be great. 8 year old loved it.

It turned out great! I broiled it in the oven for the last three minutes and it it was crunchy and tasty. I will definitely make this again.

It was good. We had hard head wild catfish, I added a bit on lemon. Temp maybe should have been higher as it took a little longer and I didn’t have cornstarch but we had it with buttery corn and it was yum.

I love fish and this way of cooking it is so much healthier than frying. The seasonings are just right. Tried this receipt twice. Turned out great both times. Love it! I will definitely make this again.
