- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 almonds (crushed)

Directions
- Place the carrot, bell pepper, onion, and cabbage to a large salad bowl and toss.
- In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix well. Slowly drizzle the oil into the bowl and whisk everything together.
- Pour the dressing onto the salad and toss well.
- Place the salad on a plate and top with almonds. The salad can be served alone or with grilled chicken.
