Fantastic! It’s the only way I make fried chicken. It’s easy, not messy, and sooo tasty!

Followed the recipe closely although I substituted dry parsley for dry thyme, cayenne pepper for chili powder, milk for half and half, and I used avocado oil spray.
Crispy and tasty on the outside (just enough spices!), still moist on the inside. Used a rack to bake so it was crispy all around. This is a keeper.

Excellent Recipe. Very easy and delicious. I too do not like to fry and this is an exceptional alternative method to “fried chicken.”

Will definitely make again. Did add season salt to the spice mix. My crust didn’t stay on very well once we cut into it.

I made this for dinner tonight. It was nice and crispy! Not soggy at all. I will definitely be making this again.

2017-06-06. Perfectly crispy skin. Added 1/2 tsp of cumin and chicken bouillon. Backed for 1 hour. Delicious

This is the best oven fried chicken recipe I've used so far. I would recommend using a bakers rack on top of the cookie sheet to catch any excess oil and flour...that's what I did.

Yummy!
Just enough spice to give it some zing, crispy without being oily, meat was so nice and tender, this is a keeper

My family and I have enjoyed this chicken recipe several times now and it has become one of our favorite fried chicken recipes.

Really good my husband and I love it!!! 😍😍😍😍👍🏻❤️ the only thing I add was Italian seasoning made by scratch from me and 1TBS of Jerk Chicken season powder and some buttermilk

Loved the recipe; I've prepared it exactly like the directions stated and also used my own variation (substituted bread crumbs for flour) and I've noticed the skin sticks to the baking sheet. This causes that part of the skin to become harder than the rest of the chicken. Next time I will either try no canola oil on the baking sheet OR lining the baking sheet with aluminum foil.

I love this recipe, My chicken came out crispy and season quite well. It was a little messy and it took a lot more flour that then frying chicken the deep fry way. This one that I will make over and over again!
