It was good! It's worth adding your own spices. I used chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika.

Love it have made it a couple of times, make extrs to tale gor lunch the next day.
Love this!!! Tried it with a spicy hummus on the second round, it was awesome as well! Also, I'm not a fan of red onion and replaced with yellow onion.

Loved the combination of flavors. Garnished with fresh cilantro. Less olive oil on the tortillas next time.
