    Loved it! I threw it in the instant pot for pressure for 6 minutes and then did quick release. Added some cubed, browned zucchini to make it look greener (and to use up excess zucchini LOL!) This was delicious.

    Love this recipe! I used turkey sausage instead of andouille and cut back on the broth so it wasn't so much of a soupy dish. Will definitely make this again.
