  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • canola oil (for the deep fryer)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons Sriracha (this was more of a medium heat. Add more if you want more of a kick)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 drop lemon juice
