    Super awesome and simple! I softened garlic butter right before serving it for more juicy flavor! Also for beginners (like me) make sure to let the steak get close to room temperature before cooking it to avoid chewy steaks

    So tasty! First time making it and it came out great!!! I suggest taking the steak out and leaving it countertop till it’s near room temperature before you cook

    AMAZING! My boyfriend is a steak snob and he LOVED it. The only modification I made, was I used FRESH parsley and oregano, chopped it myself, and then melted the butter with both spices in it. Definitely made the butter more flavorful, and was more of a sauce. I made it with broccoli, and garlic roasted potatoes for sides.

    Turned out amazing! Will definitely make this again. For the record I did not use a cast iron skillet and it still turned out great. I made oven roasted potatoes and asparagus as my sides.

    Soooo delicious & juicy! I will make this again! I had chives and thyme on hand for the butter.... I added half of a garlic on each steak. My hubby said this is one of the best steaks he's had!! My daughter loved it too!! 🤤🤤 This is a must try recipe!!

    The butter was delicious! I used fresh parsley and added some fresh garlic. Cauli-mash and steamed broccoli were my side substitutes.

    Turned out great coming from a guy who doesn't cook often. Made it with Au Gratin potatoes and spinach
